Public School Drop-In Rates

We offer a drop-in rate for public school students during Spring Break & Christmas Break Holidays PLUS Fort Smith/Greenwood Public School Closed Days whenever space is available. Please call ahead of time to check availability

$10.00 for the 1st 5 minutes late
$5.00 per minute starting with minute 6 late

All registration fee payments and tuition payments are non-refundable whether it is a partial payment or payments made in advance.

Discounts Available

CHURCH MEMBERS DISCOUNT: In order to receive a 10% Church Member Discount, the parents or legal guardians of the child must be an active, registered and regularly attending and tithing member of Cavanaugh Free Will Baptist Church. Being related to an active, regularly attending, tithing registered member of the Church will not apply. This will be monitored monthly.


SUMMER DISCOUNT: NO discounts are applied during summer for school age children.

PAYMENT IN FULL: Families who wish to pay their yearly school tuition in full at enrollment will receive a 10% discount off the total for each child enrolled.

MULTIPLE CHILD DISCOUNT: Families with multiple children enrolled will receive the following discount: 5% on the 2nd or more children  No discounts are applied to the Infant care rates.  This discount is offered during the school year only.

FINANCIAL AIDE OR SCHOLARSHIPS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
